Company's mission: My mission is to help my clients become aware of their financial health and help them achieve their goals. I help them make their dreams a reality by helping them set their financial goals for businesses and families.

When and why did you join NAWBO? March 2007, I have a friend in NAWBO and saw the benefit of working with women in business in a supportive format.

Committee involvement: Membership.

Impact NAWBO has had on your business or professional development: I have really enjoyed meeting women of different professions, each of us have different concerns but being in NAWBO gives us a place to find similar solutions.

The best advice you've received: Get a focus so that you know your target.

Advice or strategies: Work in a team setting so that you can strengthen your strong points and diffuse your weaknesses.

What brings you joy in your work? Helping people with their financial “house”. It is extremely satisfying to give someone the ability to sleep at night.

What brings you joy in your personal life? Or What are your interests/hobbies? I have a 19 year old son and a 6 year old daughter and a loving husband which all give me joy in many ways. I love art and doing creative things gives me rest.

Charity support: I help with my church Sunday School and choir.

Other organizations: FPA, LHAIA - Lake Highlands Area Improvement association.

What else would you like your NAWBO chapter and members to know about you? I love to be a resource to people that know me, I grew up in Dallas and have a lot of information about Dallas and the surrounding areas.
