Gina Branch of Realty Revolution, LLC Gina Branch

Company's mission: Our mission is to provide products and services of the highest quality benefiting the home seller, homebuyer, homebuilder, and real estate agent.  With our friendly service and willingness to help, we are an excellent value for the consumer while maintaining a successful and profitable company.

Products and/or services: We are a flat fee for FULL service residential real estate brokerage. We list homes for $995 regardless of sales price while often providing more services than a traditional real estate office. Why pay 6%? We can assist you with residential real estate listing and buyers’ services, leasing, nationwide relocation, loan prequalification and mortgage services, and property management.

Target market: Home buyers, home sellers, homebuilders, and real estate investors.

When and why did you join NAWBO? I joined in September 2006 to learn from other women business owners and to develop a mutually beneficial network of opportunities.

Committee involvement: None yet.

Impact NAWBO has had on your business or professional development: It has allowed me the opportunity to meet other like-minded women and discuss solutions for the challenges we currently face.

The best advice you've received: “Vision without action is a daydream.  Action without vision is a nightmare.” - Anonymous.

Advice or strategies: First, do something you love. Have a specific mission and focus on it daily.

What brings you joy in your work? Sharing in the excitement of first-time homebuyers receiving keys to their very first home!

What brings you joy in your personal life? Or What are your interests/hobbies? Developing a profitable business with my husband that someday our young daughters can take over and benefit from. My hobbies include travel, music and sports.

Charity support:I always support the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Lee National Denim Day for breast cancer research. I donate financially and also with my time raising funds from others. My mother is a pre-menopausal breast cancer survivor whose courage and strength inspire me.

Other organizations: I belong to the Dallas A&M Club supporting my alma mater, Texas A&M University.

Book recommendations: “The Female Advantage – Women’s Ways of Leadership” by Sally Helgesen; “Blink” by Malcolm Gladwell; “Freakonomics” by Steven Levitt & Stephen Dubner

What else would you like your NAWBO chapter and members to know about you? Just that I’m excited to be a part of this organization and look forward to meeting and working with the other members.
