NAWBO D/FW

National Association of Women Business Owners

Power of 4 (P4)

What is P4?

Most CEO's of closely held businesses spend time with their banker, their attorney or their CPA in response to a specific problem or project.  Rarely, if ever, does the CEO have an opportunity to engage these experts in more strategic activities related to growing their business.  In most cases, the hourly fees associated with the services of these experts are unaffordable for anything beyond bare necessity.

With NAWBO D/FW's P4 Program, you will be given the opportunity to engage 4 experts all at the same time with one purpose in mind - a strategic exploration of the best means to grow your business.

Who will be my P4?

Banker, Lawyer, and CPA:  These three positions will be assigned to you from the qualified applicants of NAWBO D/FW Corporate Partners, Champion and Individual Members, plus

Wildcard:  This position will be in an area that you have chosen of specific interest to your business and will be assigned from the qualified applicants.

How do I get started?

Step 1:  Register

As a business owner you will register for the program by turning in the P4 application.  In addition, you will choose your wildcard panelist from the list provided.

Step 2:  Panel is Assembled and scheduling of Initial Meeting

After your application is received, your panel will be assembled and a date will be determined for the first of the 4 two-hour meetings.

Step 3:  Assessment completed

As the business owner, you will need to complete the assessment and send to the panelist for review in advance of the meeting.

Step 4:  Meetings

Lastly, the P4 participants will meet 4 times to engage in strategic activities designed to help the CEO grow her business.

What does it cost?

The value of this group of advisors is easily $750 or more per hour - with P4 NAWBO D/FW members are tapping into 8 hours of expertise...a value of at least $6,000!  Members of NAWBO D/FW, this is one of many benefits INCLUDED in your NAWBO D/FW Membership!
