Thomas R. Niesen is the founder and CEO of Acuity Systems Inc; which has schools for salespeople, sales managers, and entrepreneurs in Dallas, Austin, and Houston.
Before founding Acuity Systems 15 years ago, Niesen spent 14 years in upper sales management and marketing positions with companies like Polaroid and Fuji Film. There he built sales teams and began to understand how and why sales teams failed.
