Debbie Mrazek lit a fire under our “sales chairs” in the October Council meetings with some great tools and exercises to kick start or improve upon our companies’ sales strategies.
From “Getting Started Assessments” to learning how to implement a sales forecast, Mrazek provided workable resources that attendees could take with them and implement within their businesses.
