NAWBO Member Featured in Dallas Business Journal

Posted October 14, 2009

NAWBO member Tom Niesen, CEO of Acuity Systems, Inc., is featured in the latest issue of the Dallas Business Journal with an article entitled, "Using Words Effectively to Close a Sale."

Niesen suggests putting words into your prospect's mouth is not a good idea, although in today's stagnant economy, "putting words into your prospect's mouth may be the only way to dispel the sales objections."

Under the headings of "Uncover the right words," "Put yourself into your prospect's shoes," and "Decide in advance what your answer to 'So What?' should be," Niesen gives sound suggestions and advice on how to come up with the right words and the right answers to sales objections.
