Business Bucks Basics-Get A Handle On Company Finances In 2012

As business owners, our time is occupied producing the products we sell, rendering the services we offer and managing those we hire to assist with these tasks.  Often times we neglect the essential function of assessing how our business is doing financially.  Too often we do not know the best way to forecast cash flow, prepare for pending financial obligations and therefore determine the best way to most profitably run our businesses.

Through this presentation, Tiffany Hunter of Opulence Group will offer insight to inform business owners of practical methods and tools to track those business bucks.  Information provided will include: preparation of financial details, how to make the financial data fit your specific needs, how often reviews should be performed, who you need as part of your financial team to assist with these tasks and much more.

Women wear many hats in their professional and personal lives.  We devote a lot of our time and energy to our businesses, but also take the time to ensure that our families are operating well.  In order to ensure that our businesses are operating well, we must regularly evaluate our progress and not just our income but overall profitability.

By taking the time to review the basics of your income, cash flow fluctuations, and true profits, you will be more knowledgeable about how to maximize the time spent in your business.  These assessments will reveal the greatest areas for improvement and identify sources of potential savings.
