We even know that, generally, diet and exercise are the two main factors impacting our personal health and stamina. However, the prospect of getting into better physical shape to meet the challenges of 2012 seems overwhelming. Let’s make 2012 our best year ever, with small but significant changes. An experienced personal trainer and nutrition consultant will be part of an expert panel to teach us great tips and techniques for staying healthy.
